Crispy Onion Pakora Recipe by Food Fusion
Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 4-5 medium -Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp -Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) ¼ tsp -Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs -Curry patta (Curry leaves) chopped 10-12 -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp -Podina (Mint leaves) chopped ½ Cup -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ½ Cup -Baisan (Gram flour) 1 Cup -Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) 2 tbs -Water 3-4 tbs or as required -Cooking oil for frying Directions: -In a bowl,add onion,pink salt,coriander seeds,red chilli powder,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,orange food color,green chilli,curry leaves,ginger garlic paste,mint leaves,fresh coriander & mix well. -Add gram flour,rice flour & mix well. -Gradually add water & mix well. -In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on low flame until golden & crispy. -Serve with green chutney!
