Vegetable Chutney Written Recipe With Directions Ingredients: -Green chilies and red chilies without sticks (hari aur lal mirch) 150g -Onion (piyaz) medium size 2 sliced -Garlic (lehsan) cloves 7 -Dried Apricot (sukhi khobani) soaked in water for 2 hours 250 g -Fresh coriander (dhania) chopped -Fresh mint (podina) chopped -Salt (namak) 1/2 tbs or to taste -Ice cubes Directions: -In a mince making machine, add onions, green and red chilies, fresh coriander, fresh mint, garlic cloves, and apricots. -Mix well. -Again add chutney to mince making machine and chop well. (At this point you can save the chutney in refrigerator for a week). -Before serving, add salt and mix well. -Add ice cubes, serve and enjoy!
