Onion Pickle Written Recipe With Directions Ingredients: -Onion (piyaz) 500 g juvenile cut -Green chilies with sticks (hari mirch) 6 juvenile cut -Lemon (nimbu) juice three tbs -Chat masala 1/2 tsp -Dried Mango powder (amchoor powder) 1/4 tsp -Fennel seeds (sonf) crushed one tbs -Turmeric (haldi) powder 1/2 tsp -Red chili (lal mirch) powder 1 tsp -Salt (namak) 1 tsp -Mustard oil 1/2 cup -Mustard seeds (rai dana) 1/4 tsp -Cloves (long) 8 -Hing powder 1/4 tsp Directions: -Add onion, green chilies, lemon juice, chat masala, dried mango powder, fennel seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix well. -In a pan, add mustard oil and heat it. -Add mustard seeds, cloves, and hing powder. Cook well for 2 mins. -Then, add this oil to the prepared onions. Mix well. -After two days, the onion pickle is ready to use! -You can store onion pickle in an airtight container for 3-4 months. Tips and Tricks: -Wash green chilies and properly dry them.
