Easy Dessert Written Recipe With Directions Ingredients: -All-purpose flour (maida) 1 cup -Milk powder 1 cup -Baking powder ½ tsp -Salt (namak) ¼ tsp -Green cardamom (sabaz elaichi) powder ¼ tsp -Clarified Butter (ghee) melted 2 tbs -Milk (Dhoodh) Luke warm ½ cup -Cooking oil for frying -Sugar (cheeni) 1 cup -Water (pani) 1 cup -Green cardamom (sabaz elaichi) 2-3 -Saffron 1 pinch Directions: -Add all-purpose flour, milk powder, baking powder, salt, green cardamom powder, and clarified butter in a bowl. Mix well. -Gradually add milk and knead well. Make a dough ball, then press it with your hand. Roll it with a rolling pin. Cut it into a rectangular shape. -In a pan, add cooking oil and heat it. -Then, add the prepared material and fry it for 4-5 mins on medium-low flame. Don’t stir the spoon. -Bring them out and set them aside. For sugar syrup, add sugar, water, green cardamom, and saffron to a pan and cook until the sugar melts. -In a tray, place fried pieces, add sugar syrup and leave it for 1 hour. -Dish out.
