Directions: -In a bowl, add semolina and water. Mix well. -Add more water, and mix well. Let it sit for 40 mins. -Then, strain extra water from the semolina -In a pan, add semolina, sugar, milk, fennel seeds powder, and green cardamom powder. Beat well with the help of a hand beater. -Add coconut powder and mix well. -On medium-low flame, cook it for 3-4 mins while continuously mixing with the help of a hand beater. -In a pan, add clarified butter and heat it. -On high flame, add the prepared mixture with the help of a spoon and fry it (don’t change the side) until the color changes. Similarly make others. -Dish out, serve, and enjoy!
