Desi Tandoori Chowmein Written Recipe With Directions Ingredients: -Spaghetti 250 g -Salt (namak) 1 tbs -Cooking oil 2 tbs -Cooking oil 5 tbs -Garlic (lehsan) 1 tbs chopped -Ginger (adrak) 1 tbs chopped -Onion (piyaz) 1 big size julienne -Green chilies (hari mirch) remove sticks and seeds (cut it into a ring shape) -Carrots (gajar) 2 julienne -Capsicum (Shimla mirch) 1 julienne -Spring onion (hara piyaz) white part julienne -Cabbage (bundh gobi) julienne -Chili sauce 1 ½ tbs -Soya sauce 1 ½ tbs -Tomato ketchup 2 tbs -Vinegar (sirka) 2 tbs -Oyster sauce 1 tsp -Black pepper (kali mirch) powder ½ tsp -Salt (namak) ½ tsp or to taste -Butter (Makhan) Directions: -In a wok, add water and bring it to a boil. -Add salt and spaghetti (place it vertically then horizontally and vice versa). -Cook it for 2 mins, then add cooking oil and slightly stir the spoon. -Cook it for 10 mins on medium flame. Stir the spoon every 4 minutes. -Strain it. Wash it with water and set aside for 2 mins. Then, add cooking oil to it. (At this point you can store it for 1 week in the refrigerator). -In a pan, add cooking oil and heat it. On high flame, add garlic, ginger, onion, and green chilies. Mix well. -Add carrot, capsicum, spring onion (white part), and cabbage. Cook it for 2-3 mins. -Add spaghetti and mix well and cook it for 2-3 mins. -Add chili sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, oyster sauce, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well. Heat a piece of coal and place the burning coal in a bowl. Add butter to the coal, cover, and cook it for 4 mins. -Dish out, serve and enjoy!
