Soft And Juicy Seekh Kabab Written Recipe With Directions Ingredients: -Beef mince (qeema) 250 g -Chicken mince (qeema) 250 g -Mutton Fat (charbi) chopped 100 g -Onion (piyaz) chopped 1 medium size (remove water) -Ginger (adrak) 1 inch -Garlic (lehsan) 4-5 cloves -Green chillies (hari mirch) 4 -Red chilli flakes (adh khuti lal mirch) 1/2 tsp -Ground mixed spices (garam masala) 1/2 tsp -Carom seeds (ajwain) 1/4 tsp -Dried coriander (khuskh dhania) powder 1 tsp -Black pepper (kali mirch) powder 1/2 tsp -Fennel seeds (sonf) powder 1/4 tsp -Kashmiri red chilli (lal mirch) powder 1/2 tsp -Salt (namak) 1/2 tsp or to taste -Fresh coriander (dhania) 1 tbs -Gram flour (baisan) 2 tbs -Baking soda (metha soda) 1/4 tsp Direction: -In a chopper, add beef mince, chicken mince, mutton fat, onion, ginger, garlic, and green chillies. Chop well. -Add red chilli flakes, ground mixed spices, carom seeds, dried coriander powder, black pepper powder, fennel seeds powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, and fresh coriander. Chop well. -In a bowl, add prepared mince, gram flour, and baking powder. Knead well for 3-4 mins. Then, keep it in the refrigerator for 40 mins. -Grease the plastic bag with oil. Grease hands with oil, take a mixture, and make a ball. -Take a stick, add a kabab to the stick, and place it in a plastic bag. Then, fold the plastic bag and with the help of a spoon make a proper shape of kabab. Similarly, make others. -On a griddle, add cooking oil and heat it. On medium flame, place the kabab on the griddle. Cook it for 3-4 mins on medium flame. Cook each side of the kabab for 3 mins. Total cook time 10-12 mins. -Dish out, serve and enjoy.
