Ingredients:
-Potatoes (Aloo) 300 g boiled
-Onion (piyaz) chopped 1 medium size
-Capsicum (Shimla mirch) chopped 1 small size (remove seeds)
-Green chillies ( hari mirch) chopped 3
-Fresh coriander (sabaz dhania) chopped 1 tbs
-Dried coriander ( khushk dhania) crushed 1 tsp
-Black pepper (kali mirch) powder 1/4 tsp
-Salt (namak) 1 tsp
-Red chilli (lal mirch) powder 1/2 tsp
-Cumin seeds (zeera) powder 1 tsp
-Chat masala 1/2 tsp
-Milky bread medium size 8 slices
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In a bowl, add potatoes and mash them.
-Add onion, capsicum, fresh coriander, dried coriander, green chillies, black pepper powder, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, and chat masala. Mix well.
-Grease your hands with oil, take the mixture, and make small balls.
-Cut the brown part of the bread and dip one side into the water. Then, press it with your hand, add filling, and make a roll. Similarly, make others.
-In a pan, add cooking oil and heat it.
-On medium flame, add potato snacks and fry them for 2 mins.
-Dish out, serve and enjoy with ketchup or raitaShow more
